In a smoggy afternoon of the Fall of 2003 Rafael Rosende, Raúl Simón and Fernando Sasse met in LAMB's office, located at Los Dominicos, Santiago de Chile. In that opportunity they organized weekly meetings, to eat snacks, talk informally about physics, mathematics and philosophy, and to make some projects for the future. Such projects have a scope that should go much beyond the meetings. Here we try to organize ourselves in such a way that our ideas and conversations don't disappear too soon with our memories and notebooks.
